I want to use my company branding for the course, there is no option to create a company profile as an instructor. Any pointers to how this works would be super helpful. Thanks!

There's no Udemy company profile for instructors. For company profiles, simply create a separate Udemy instructor profile under your company's name, which is a fairly common practice. I have three instructor profiles. One under my name, one under my poker school's name, and a third under my LLC's name. You just have to verify ownership of your company during the instructor account verification process.
