Unable to move forward

Three issues.

1. I am unable to add a dataset from kaggle for a coding exercise and my course being a datascience course requires that I use varied datasets.
2. I am also unclear whether simputation package is supported on the platform.
3. Also it does not allow me to use read.csv function to read csv files, it says it cannot open a connection to the file.

Please help resolve these issues.
