I generated a discount coupon for $9.90 and shared it with a student. The student told me that it shows $14 instead of $9.90. Could you please tell me how to solve this?
I had the same issue with a student ; the problem was solved by him implementing the discount code while in the course description, then adding it to his cart, and then buying from the cart. If he was applying the discount and then try to press the button "BUY IT NOW" , it would take him to the paying page but showing a different price (without a discount). Don't know if it s a system bug or else, but it is how it got sorted out.
