Thanks - yeah, that is worth watching.

I didn't come away with anything alarming, though - the strategy is what has been stated: augment our courses with more interactive, personalized, AI-powered features, and move consumer to subscriptions. There are some statements about doing away with the "content catalog" that could be taken out of context, but what I heard is that he wants to leverage our video content and enhance it.

I think the biggest takeaway for me is that even with all the changes, instructors still are at the heart of what Udemy provides. He even stated it as a "competitive advantage", so it would be great for this valuable asset (being us the instructors) to be treated with the same value it holds. Really it's in Udemy's best interest to take care of us. It's a win-win situation. I welcome the strategic shifts and any guidance to empower instructors during this time.

hey please can you talk with management this PP model is harming non participants instructors in PP. I am scared my earning too declining.

I myself purchased one plan for me and my psychology says don't buy extra when course is available in PP. So this same psycho might be same for other which is destroying marketplace. Can you please look into it?
