I just got an e-mail stating: "the information in your instructor profile is inconsistent"?

Hi, I just received this e-mail, and I am not sure what they mean or why this is happening to me. I Just wanted to upload a new course to my page and followed all the instructions required for the verification process (persona), my profile and course information details clearly the content of my course as well as my profile.

If I try to resubmit my course through Udemy it takes me to the persona process again, Why is that?

I do not work for any institution, and my content is created and generated by myself and for myself.

At this point, I am unsure what specific inconsistency you are referring to, as there are no notifications or warnings visible on my profile or dashboard

We are reaching out from Udemy's Trust and Safety team because we have noticed that the information in your instructor profile is inconsistent with your course(s) and/or previous information submitted to Udemy.

Can you explain why this is?

Please let us know at your earliest convenience. If we do not hear back from you within the next 7 days, your course and/or account may be disabled.

I just answered the e-mail, however, I am worried that this may lead to an account deletion or something. I have been working on my course a whole year…

How can I solve this, and what it seems to be the problem?Thanks in advance

I only have one course, which the one that they are not letting me post
I am willing to complete and sign the attached Affidavit of Rights form, but before doing so, I would like to know::

What specific content or section of my course has been flagged,
On what grounds it is suspected to violate copyright, and
Whether there was a specific complaint or automated detection that led to this review.

I responded to the E-mail, but I am still confused and frustrated as to why this is happening. It is super annoying from them to send generic e-mails that clarify nothing.

Should I sign the form?
