Hi, I just received this e-mail, and I am not sure what they mean or why this is happening to me. I Just wanted to upload a new course to my page and followed all the instructions required for the verification process (persona), my profile and course information details clearly the content of my course as well as my profile.
If I try to resubmit my course through Udemy it takes me to the persona process again, Why is that?
I do not work for any institution, and my content is created and generated by myself and for myself.
At this point, I am unsure what specific inconsistency you are referring to, as there are no notifications or warnings visible on my profile or dashboard

Can you explain why this is?

I just answered the e-mail, however, I am worried that this may lead to an account deletion or something. I have been working on my course a whole year…
