Udemy has just published its Q3 2025 results…you can check it at the Udemy Investor Relations page…and the Earnings Call starts in minutes.
Results…nothing spectacular…sales at USD 195.7mn in Q3 (Coursera is now very close, with sales at USD 194.2mn for the same period).
What else is not encouraging:
- Udemy is at a plateau since we entered 2024 (sales at USD 195-200mn per quarter);
- Marketplace revenues are at a historic low since going public (USD 62.9mn);

And, I don't see a slide about instructors, addressing our issues with declining payouts.
Let's listen to what the CEO is going to say…
