Hi, Udemy. As an instructor, I have the following questions and would appreciate your assistance:

How can I choose to include my courses in the Personal Plan, and is it possible to opt out of the PP?
Currently, does the Personal Plan not include the Chinese market? I’ve noticed that courses in Chinese do not have the PP label.
Can I include my email address in my personal Bio? I’ve seen some instructors leave their email addresses there.

Hi @BenjaminV, Thanks for your questions!

Your courses will be included in the Personal Plan if the courses meet the requirements, and you will be notified once they're added. You can opt out, but you will need to send your personal request to our internal team by clicking here and selecting Contact Us on the right side, and providing the course name you want to opt out of.
Personal Plan only includes English content.
No, you might not share your personal information, like your email address, in your personal Bio. You can find more information on what you can add to your Bio here.

@ElianaC I believe one of my courses does meet the criteria but it is not included in PP. What do I do? I want this course to be included in PP.

Hi @SergeyK, thanks for your question. In this case, please email the Instructor Support team with all information about your course, and they will check it for you and provide further details. You can contact the team by accessing this link and clicking the "contact us" button.
