Hello fellow instructors,
I just noticed the PP (Personal Plan) revenue update in my account, and honestly, I’m quite disappointed with the figures. The earnings are much lower than expected — not even reaching three digits in some cases.
At the same time, I’ve noticed Udemy is shifting more toward the subscription model, and I’m wondering if this change is affecting individual course sales. Over the last few months, my course revenue and traffic have dropped significantly.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? How are you all adapting to these changes? Do you think Udemy’s subscription model will help or hurt instructors in the long run?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences and thoughts on this situation.
