I'm not an insturctor but I have issues with the app and no way to report them - so i had to make an instructor account to do so
The iPad ap is not working at all; not an issue of my device, since the iPhone app doesn't either - and for quite some time. Haven't tested on Android enviro so I can't speak for that, but something with the iOS apps are faulted. It seems like a backend connectivity issue of some sort - most surely backend works fine since the web app client, although it could have some UX improvements, work.
Also, maybe it's due to my DNS or my third party blocking systems, but the chatbox doesn't work either, it shows a white square. Also, ticket reporting is not clear at all.
That's the main issues.
