Hello Support Team,
I’m writing regarding a student who is dissatisfied with my course, *“SpriteKit Essentials for iOS Game Development.”* The student purchased the course approximately two weeks ago and has completed about 31% of the content. He has requested a refund, and I am fully supportive of granting it.
Could you please let me know if it’s possible to issue a refund for the following student?
Name:
Purchase date: 12/14/2025
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Ron
Alex the bot won't let me open a ticket, I begged it, tried to bribe it, threatened it, to no avail. How can I get help! I would like my student to receive a refund.
This is his original message:
"I'm very disappointed in this course. You just type in stuff in (often wrong, why not edit it?), and you literally never explain WHY we're doing something. And there's no goal or mission set. It's just here, we're gonna type some stuff, see it do something, and move on. I finished section 2, then was like why is section 3 just a bunch of snippet data entry. And then Section 4 comes along, I'm expecting to use those snippets, but nope, we just keep typing the same stuff, w/ no explanation. I then did 2 lessons in Section 5 and said enough, this course is a waste of time, I'm not learning anything.
Unfortunately, Udemy says I can't get a refund b/c I've watched too much of it.
I also bought your Welcome to SwiftUI Animations for iOS 18 and I am halfway thru section 2, and I at least feel like I'm learning something about animations, though the explanations are still pretty light."
