First time creating a Music course. How do I approach it

Hi Everyone,

This is my first time creating a course within this platform. I want to start with a Music Fundamental course but I do not know where to start. I know that I should start with knowing the objectives and expanding them into courses, but for communication, is it necessary to alternate my face and the screen for full viewer attention? And to prepare myself, should I enrich myself with the fundamentals first before creating the course?

If you know the basics and the process you can go ahead and create the course.

But before that, make sure that you do a proper research on other courses, their offerings, the way they are delivered and the way they are arranged.
You can go through many platforms to do this research. ONLY then you will know have an idea of what to create and what to include. This will be your first BIG step.
We live in world of competition and a good market research and it's needs are very important on creating a course or a product.

Make sure YOU are in the course a lot - that will differentiate you from other courses. Your words/image, YOUR music etc, YOU playing music etc etc

I made a course on Music Therapy for someone as a present. Took a few hours. He added bits showing him playing music etc etc - that differentiated it and now in terms of hours put in, it's my highest per hour returns course.
