Verification Taking Longer Than Expected — How Long Should I Wait?

Hi everyone,

I completed the instructor verification process more than 4 days ago, but I still haven’t received any response or update from Udemy. The status is still pending, and I’m not sure if this delay is normal.

For those who have gone through this recently:
1. How long did your verification take?
2. Should I wait longer or contact support again?

The verification process usually takes 2–3 business days. If you haven’t received a confirmation after that, please feel free to reach out to our Trust & Safety team at policy@udemy.com.

It is normal for Udemy’s verification to take 5 to 7 business days, especially if a manual review is required. Since you are only at day four, it is best to wait a few more HappyRewards Loyalty days before contacting support, as multiple inquiries can sometimes delay the process further.
