Since January, there has been a further reduction in the Udemy Business evenue share right??. Has the Business revenue already been reflected in the revenue report, or how is it?
Yes, it is now 15%. You won't see it until January's Udemy Business revenue is posted next month.
Udemy said about 4 or 5 years ago that They will be reducing the revenue every year for improving the Platform. After reducing the revenue for instructors, Now Udemy is being sold to greedy company that wants to make money. It is completely unethical for instructors who helped the platform from very beginning.

You are right they could have survived independently, but shareholders likely did not see sufficient scalability or profitability. They have probably reached, or are close to reaching, their maximum user growth. That may be why the shares of both companies have been in a consistent decline, though I could be wrong.
