I created a course consisting of practice tests. I submitted the verification through Persona in order to publish it and provided my personal identity information and biometric data. However, it has been more than 3 days and I still haven’t received any response. I was told that there were some missing items, so I revised them, but there is no mechanism to track the current status.
If the course is going to be rejected, is it really reasonable for me to spend time on creating other courses? Someone should at least provide some clarification or update.
