Have content for all lectures on curriculum

Hi, my name is Lutendo Mawelewele, and I am a new instructor creating a new course on the Udemy platform. I have already gone through all stages of the necessary process to complete my course. Although on the curriculum I can't seem to find what is holding back my submission for review progress to proceed, I have tried so many options, but now I am out of options. Can anyone please assist me with regard to this? When I submit for review, it pops up a message saying, "Have content for all lectures."

Thank you for your post, and welcome to our community space.

One common reason a course can’t be submitted for review is that a section or lecture in the curriculum doesn’t have content added yet (see example in screenshot below). To resolve this, click the “+ Content” option and add either an article or a video to the affected lecture. Once complete, a checkmark will appear next to the Curriculum tab, indicating it’s ready for submission.

After reviewing all sections, and if no lectures are missing content, our internal team can help. They’re happy to check on their end to determine why the course can’t be submitted. To reach out, please click here and navigate to “Contact Us” on the right. The chatbot will guide you through a few questions before opening a ticket.

Thank you, for your promt response I really appreciate your help, although you might not have seen the images that I have sent on the chat above. i have uploaded a video content on the Lecture section. but it is still saying "have content for all lectuters". can you send me a link for a chatbot?

Thank you for getting back to me. I did review your attachments, but it looks like they only show the first lecture. If you’d like to get in touch with our support team to have each lecture reviewed in detail, you can open the chatbot by clicking here to visit our Help Center and selecting "Contact Us" on the right (see screenshot below).

I probably have all content videos for all lectures the same way you are seeing the first one; all five of them have all content. But I did contact the chatbot about the matter. They asked about the verification process, and then I wanted to know, how do I verify my identity on Udemy so that I can submit for review?
