Video Processing is Taking Many Hours?

Hi Folks,

I have been attempting to upload videos for a new course. The files are relatively small and the lectures are 5 mins long, so file size is not an issue. However, each video has been stuck in 'processing' for hours and in some cases days. I have also deleted them and tried again, with no luck. Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem? Thanks
