Trying to reach out to Customer Support email

Dear Udemy, I sent an email to support@udemy.com about my inquiry and only to find out that the email was no longer able to reach out to the support team.

So, I was trying to go to the Help Center, select an article, and navigate to “Contact Us” on the right and the button does not have any respond.

However, I found out that the button was sending status code 404…
