Videos not playing in browsers

Videos uploaded after 27th February are not publishing correctly. While processing completes successfully and the videos are attached to lectures, playback fails in the video player.

Videos from the same course that were uploaded before 27th February are playing as expected.

I am also facing the same issue. Today 1st March 2026, I have submitted my course and it got approved but the videos are not playing.

Now the same video I am able to play as an Instructor. But, the same video is not playing as a student on same browser and same device.

Is there any specific email id to contact the instructor support. As when I am trying to reach out via contact us then a chot bot is taking me same place again and again and I am not able to find a way to raise the ticket for this.

Not yet.
The videos I am able to play as an istruction or as a student. But the same video is not playing If i try to login directly as a student on same device and browser. Even others are also not able to open that.

Any update on this .. it's been 4 days.

We could not able to release the courses because of that video player issue.
