Issue with Video Uploads and Playback

Hello all..

I would like to check if there is any ongoing issue with video uploads. The videos are processing successfully, but they are not playing in either the student or instructor portals.

I have been experiencing this issue for the past four days. Is this just for me or all ?

Hi Bessy, I've reached out to Instructor Support, as I'm seeing this issue as well. Are there any updates as to when this will be resolved? I was planning to launch the course tomorrow but will have to delay due to these issues.

Hi Bessy, I have reached out to the instructor support but there also I am not getting the positive feedback, like what is the root cause and when it would get resolved. Kindly let us know when it can get resolved.
