Instructors started reporting video playback issues on February 28. It has now been five days, and there has been no meaningful update from the support team. I have reached out more than 10 times, but I haven’t received a proper response.
Many instructors are preparing to launch new courses but have paused their launches because of this issue. Despite this, it seems the Udemy team is not treating the problem with the urgency it requires.
Taking more than five days to address a critical issue like this, along with the lack of clear communication from the support team, is very concerning.
As of now, the issue is still not resolved.
