Pause button not working?

I have a student who left me a bad review because the pause button isn’t working. Is this truly an issue. I told him to contact support. Additionally I will report his review. Technical issues are not my problem.

Here is his actual review which I tried to decipher:

“no pause and challenge its just watching”

I’m guessing this is about the pause button???

I routinely get one-star reviews saying there are no hands-on activities in a course that has over 50 of them. Students make no sense sometimes.

Hrm, my interpretation would be that they want more quizzes and interactive content, as a "pause" from video lectures that contain a "challenge

Interesting take. I contacted the student. I’ll wait for his response. The course has exercises but perhaps he wants more? I struggle with creating Udemy quizzes. I also created role play at the end of each section so I guess that provides some interactivity.

Actually it seems like the review I mentioned is gone. Perhaps due to reporting it. I couldn’t find an email from Udemy. I’m happy Udemy removed this odd review.
