My course’s preview videos are black screen with a play button in everyone’s browsers.

i have created a course but whenever I am sharing it to someone, they cant see preview videos in their browsers. Its just a black screen with play button. It has been days and udemy support is saying they dont know. How will i sell my course if this is the case?

Same here. I upload, the processing is done but it stays with a black screen.
I want to update and create new, but it is impossible.
