If the course includes attachments, how do I upload them? How can students download them? These attachments can be files such as Word, PDF, Excel, etc.
To address this, I've added a new chapter, though I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do, but the course hasn't been released yet.

Thank you for your post. Adding attachments to your course is a great way to provide learners with additional value and support. You can do this by clicking on “+resource,” as shown in the second screenshot. You can also find more information about course resources here, and a guideline on how learners can access and download them here.
Once you’ve added them and published your course, learners can see an overview of your course materials (e.g., resources, role-plays, quizzes, etc.) just below the “What you’ll learn” section on your course landing page, so they know what to expect.
Please keep in mind that every lecture must include actual content, even if you’ve added resources. This can be a video, a video-slide mashup, or an article.
