Student progress suddenly showing 0% for all learners

Question

Hi everyone,

A few days ago, my course analytics were showing normal student progress (e.g., 20%, 50%, 100%).

However, now suddenly all students are showing 0% progress in the instructor dashboard.

This seems unusual because there was previously recorded activity.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Is this a temporary reporting/sync problem, or something I need to fix?

The real problem is that this is affecting the minutes consumed in UB.

0 Progress = 0 Minutes Consumed
