Hello, I would like to ask if there are any updates regarding the course quality changes that were previously mentioned. I had been following a post about this topic, but it seems to no longer be available, as I can’t find it anymore. Specifically, I’m referring to the situation where courses are being processed at 720p instead of 1080p or higher.
I understand that updates have been shared regarding ongoing improvements to the platform, and I appreciate that. However, I’ve been following this issue for a couple of weeks now and would like to know if there is any estimated timeline for when this might be resolved.
I also previously contacted support and asked directly through the video test, but I did not receive a response regarding this specific issue.
I recently launched my course, so I don’t have reviews yet, and out of my first 5 sales, I’ve had 1 refund. I understand this can be normal, but it does make me wonder whether it could be related to the current maximum video quality.
Additionally, I have received feedback from users who are interested in purchasing the course and have pointed out that the video quality on Udemy is not the best. I have this same course published on other platforms where it displays correctly in 2K, but here it still hasn’t been processed beyond 720p.
I understand the information that has been shared about the ongoing changes, I would just like to know if there are any updates on this matter :)
