A student of mine complained that he can not play a specific video in one of my courses. I tested it and had no problem. I’ve also seen a general complaint on Reddit:
“Is anyone else having issues with Udemy videos right now? I've been trying to watch videos for the past hour and they're all corrupted (green screens broken image with digital distortion across them). Some videos, you can still hear the audio but others, that will start getting distorted and breaking, too.
These are videos that I have watched prior and there were no issues with. I also tried it on different devices and browsers, encountering the same issue. So I know it's not a device issue. I can't seem to find any helpful communication portal for Udemy to notify them.”
Does anyone know what can be done. I did tell the student to contact student support. However currently this is virtually impossible with Alex the bot.
