Hello Udemy Support Team and Other Educators,
I keep facing this error. I tried different images based on the requirements. None of them worked.
Please let me how to fix it!
Thanks!
Hi @Erickson, thank you for your post!
Regarding that specific error message, "Invalid according to Policy - Policy Expired," the issue may be related to the clock settings on your device.
This error often pops up when there is a time mismatch between your device's local time and the actual current time on the internet.
To rule this out, you can try going into your device's system settings (whether you are on a PC, laptop, or phone) and check the date and time. Make sure it is set to update automatically and is fully synced with the internet.
If you are still getting this error message after doing that, you can contact our instructor support team here so they can further review this for you.
Best regards,
I would try to rescale/clip image in Figma to 750x422. If that’s not the issue try uploading from a different computer or browser.
Maybe this will help:

I think the time sync suggestion is probably the main fix here. You can also try clearing your browser cache or uploading the image from another browser/device. Sometimes Udemy upload errors are browser related.
Thank you so much, @Bessy
My laptop did have time problem! I logged in with another laptop.
I want to know if this wrong date showing on my Udemy account is related to the previous laptop wrong time.
What can I do with my new laptop to reflect the correct time?
Hi Erickson, anytime! 😊
To have the right time in your new laptop, you can follow the steps above:
Right-click on the digital clock in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar.
Select Adjust date and time from the menu that pops up.
In the settings window that opens, scroll down to the Additional settings section and click the Sync now button.
Just above that button, make sure the "Time zone" dropdown matches where you actually live. If it's wrong, turn off "Set time zone automatically" and select the correct one manually.
And, yes, having the wrong time on your laptop is highly likely to be the reason you are seeing the wrong date in your course.
I hope that helps,
