Newbie here: How Much of a Demand is there for Software Engineering?

I have over 20 years of experience in the software field and have used software engineering tools such as data flow and UML diagrams. I have been using AI in my field recently but am wondering how much of a demand there is for software engineering courses in this era of AI. Thanks in advance.
