Hello, Everyone.

I could use your help. I have followed the instructions on creating my course image, but no matter what format I choose, the images are blurry. What am I missing?

Hi @LouiseRoche Thank you for reaching out! I will be guiding you through the process of getting the correct size for your course image. Bluriness is usually caused by the image dimensions rather than the file format. Here are the requirements for course images on Udemy:

Minimum dimensions: 750 x 422 pixels
Maximum dimensions: 6000 x 6000 pixels
Aspect ratio: 16:9

If your image is smaller than 750 x 422 pixels, it will be stretched to fit and will appear blurry. You will need to follow these steps to resize the course image:

Check the pixel dimensions of your image
Update the image size correctly
Make sure the focal point of your image is centered, as it may be cropped differently on mobile devices.

Thank you, @ElianaC I met the dimension requirements, but how do I check the aspect ratio?

Hi @LouiseRoche, You will need to follow these steps:

Open the image file
Right-click the image file and select Properties.
Select the details tab and should find under Dimensions : 1920*1080
