Hi fellow instructors!

I’m hoping someone here might be able to lend a hand. I’ve created both standard courses and practice-test-only courses on Udemy, but I’m having major issues with the bulk uploader. I’ve followed all the instructions and used the CSV/Excel template, but no matter what I do, my questions never populate. I’ve tried with multiple files, multiple course types, different browsers, and lots of troubleshooting—but still no success.

I have several courses, each with hundreds of questions, so manual entry isn’t an option. I’m wondering if someone who’s successfully used the bulk uploader would be willing to hop on a quick call or walk me through what’s worked for them? I’d really appreciate any guidance on what I might be missing!
