No one knows, but the sooner he better. Some of my courses immediately received sales, others almost never sold anything. It depends on the topic, the course quality, whether or not similar courses already exist, etc.
It usually takes a few days before it will get into search results, so unless you have promoted the course yourself you probably won't see anything until then. And then, it depends on the demand for the topic and how competitive your offering is.
Your first course is the toughest. With your second, you can promote it to the people who enrolled in your first with promotional announcements, which gives it a boost. If there is any way you can promote a coupon link yourself to a mailing list, YouTube, or social media following, that can help. Your immediate goal is to get a few reviews and some social proof.
