Please be sure you publish something complete enough to grow for a few months. Since the course duration is one of the factors students might be enrolling, the additional content will push their time for completion making some anxious ones leave a low rating. So one possible approach could be to publish a beginner level course first, get some feedback and then either add more content to make it intermediate/ all levels worthy or just go back to drawing board and publish a new course from scratch with the additional content pivoted based on learnings from this one. Don't treat it like a playlist on YouTube that has built-in expectation of growing incrementally overtime. A course is more like a one-shot release and annual update as needed style.
