Invest in a good microphone and send a test video to Udemy. Udemy also has free courses on course creation. You can always upload or update your course later once you’ve published. One issue I initially had was when I would type on the keyboard it would make so much noise so I put it on a cloth - most likely there is a better solution for this. The course thumbnail cannot have text. Good luck with your course!
