Live public courses are not appearing in Udemy search results, even for exact course-title searches

Hello Experienced Instructors,

I am an instructor and fairly new as an Udemy instructor. I need help checking whether several of my live public courses are correctly indexed and eligible for Udemy marketplace search.

Some of my cours are marked LIVE and Public in my instructor dashboard. Their direct public URLs open successfully, and the public pages show canonical URLs with index, follow. However, when I search on Udemy as a learner using the exact course titles, my courses do not appear in the visible first-page search results. Competitor courses appear instead, even when the query is the exact title of my course.

I understand that new courses or courses with low social proof may rank lower. However, even exact-title searches are not retrieving these courses on the visible first page. One affected course has meaningful social proof already: SAFe Agilist New 6.0 - Exam Simulator for Certification has 184 students and a 4.8 rating, but it still did not appear for its exact title search.

It is a bit frustrating. Any pointers please ?

Udemy's platform could benefit from a comprehensive overhaul. Frequent downtime, data inconsistencies, and reporting mismatches can affect the overall experience and are not what one would expect from such a well-established and respected platform.

You might benefit from the following recently published series. Not being on first page is not same as course missing from catalog altogether. The request could easily be misconstrued as self promotion!
