We are a small educational platform that produces and owns courses created by different instructors. We offer a diverse range of research and data analytics courses from multiple instructors. We have signed contracts with all of our instructors that grant us full rights to these courses.

Currently, our courses are available in regional languages, and we are in the process of translating them into English.

Can we upload these courses to Udemy under our platform's account?

If so, what is the process, and are there any specific requirements or documentation we need to provide to verify that we own the rights to publish these courses?
