Udemy Review Feedback Repeated with No New Comments — What Should I Do?

I’m facing an issue with my course review process on Udemy. After submitting my course, I received feedback comments and addressed all of them. However, when I resubmitted, I received another email saying there are still comments to fix.

The problem is that when I open the feedback section, I can see that all previous comments are already addressed, and there are no new comments or notes added.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a system issue, or am I missing something in the review process? What is the best way to resolve this and move forward with publishing?

If you haven't done so already, I recommend reaching out directly to our Policy team at policy@udemy.com. They'll be able to review your submission, explain what's still needed, and help you understand what needs to be addressed before your course can be published.

It's likely a system glitch, so there's no need to worry. If you've already replied to the message, your course should be approved, may be 24-48 hours.

If I remember correctly, this started around 6–8 months ago when Udemy introduced automated (bot) reviews.
