Hello,

I am new to Udemy, I have created two courses .

My instructor dashboard shows 4 enrollments, for two courses but my lifetime earnings are $0.00. My Payoneer payout method is active, and I have not shared any free coupons. Could you please verify whether these enrollments were paid, free, refunded, or still pending, and explain why no revenue is appearing?

These might be PP students. Wait till month end(around 10th August), PP money will reflect at month end.

You should be able to see everything in your dashboard. Go through your enrollments and revenue report, it shows everything including the refunds.
