Course to coaching

Hi everyone. I'm Nicola, new instructor here. I'm busy creating my 1st course. Yay! Besides offering the course, I want to use it to lead users (students) to coaching with me on Udemy. Where can I find information on how to promote this with my course and how students can join coaching? How do students find out (besides going through the course) that you offer coaching on Udemy?

Udemy's policies generally don't allow you to direct students off-site for your own offers, outside of some very limited cases: the final "bonus lecture," and in the context of educational resources that don't require students to sign up. For example, you could send educational announcements to students that link to genuinely helpful educational content on your own blog, and off to the side or bottom of the article could be an offer for your coaching services.

But you can't link off to your coaching services in your course description, instructor profile, etc.

It's more effective to build up a social media presence, and promote your coaching there where you have no such restrictions. You can include social links in your instructor profile.
