Background: Self-taught builder, Building AI graduate, and founder of FarmHelp AI - an AI tool to help smallholder farmers detect crop diseases with a phone camera.

I’m creating my first Udemy course: "Comprehensive AI Policy Toolkit for African Startups"

It covers:

- How to write Privacy Policy (NDPA 2023 + GDPR)

- Model Cards

- Ethics Statements & Mermaid governance diagrams

Question for experienced instructors:

Is this topic too niche for Udemy? Should I start with a free 1-hour version to get reviews, or paid from day one?

Any tips for recording first course on a phone? I have low-end setup.
