HELP NEEDED PLEASE

Natalie_Elliott1967

Hi, I'd really appreciate the assist on this.

My course says Draft: Public and is showing about 10% unfinished in one place and

in another. It keeps saying that I don't have enough video time, however there is now about 40 mins and 30 is acceptable.

I'm really at a loss.

Please help.

Thanks,

Natalie

Hi @Natalie_Elliott1967 Thanks for reporting this. While the minimum requirement for a standard course is 30 minutes of video content across at least 5 lectures, a few common issues can prevent the submission checklist from updating accurately:

• Double-check your Curriculum page to ensure all uploaded videos have finished processing. If a video is still encoding or encountered an upload error, its duration won't be calculated toward the total time yet.
• Make sure each lecture within your sections is published and saved. Even if the overall course is in "Draft," the individual lectures within the curriculum need to be set to published/active.
• Verify that you have at least 5 separate lectures and that the content type is set specifically to Video (rather than Article or other formats).

Please send an email to Instructor Support, and they will be able to assist you.  To contact the team, please open the help center article here and click “Contact Us” on the right.
