Need help in creating paypal account

Hi all,

i need help in creating paypal account for udemy. i have prepared a course which is online now, but due to issue with my paypal account i am not yet recieving any money from udemy.

My question is,

1. what type of account should be created in paypal to recieve money

2. I am from india, do i need to have bussiness account to recieve money from udemy to paypal account.

3. Paypal is asking for GST(Goods and sales tax) account details.

4. My account is suspended to receive or send any money.

please help me on this.
