is this a good niche still as an instructor, or is it saturated...

    , I pioneered teaching shamanism here on Udemy back in 2014. If anything I would say it is easier to make it today than back then. For example there were no keywords for us then, there are plenty now. Your industry experience will be invaluable.
    Check out the insights tool on the instructor dashboard as energy healing can encompass a great many modalities. Have a good look at other top selling instructors, read their bios, their course landing pages, look at their free videos. You want to stand out and be unique so start to get an idea on HOW your course will differentiate and be of value to people.
