Hi,

I am using the manual identity verification process.

I have sent an email with my authentication video.

However it has been 2 days already and I havent got even a read approval or an automatic reply that my email was accepted.

Do you know if the verification center is working those days considering the corona virus and if/when i am expected to get any answer?

    Yes, the team is working now. Instructors usually get a reply within 2 business days; however, this will depend on the volume of tickets they get. Once your email is next you'll get a response to your request.
