Why the reviews are not visible

I have recently published my new course.

2 of my students enrolled in my course and left me the review for which I received the email also from udemy that I got 2, 5-star reviews and a few more to go but when I went to the review section of my account I was not able to find out the reviews. There is no review.

What is happening here?

When did they leave the reviews? When did you get notified from Udemy? I'm asking as it might take up to 48 hours before they are publically visible.

I recieved an email and the feedback both more then 72 hrs ago

Either the reviews violated Udemy's policy https://support.udemy.com/hc/en-us/articles/229605048-Udemy-Review-System-Guidelines or there's a genuine issue.
