Hello Udemy team,

I am still waiting for my "Test Video Review" since I posted it on 2nd May 2020. You guys said it will take 2 to 3 days but its more than 10 days still I dont hear any feedback from Udemy either through email or on Udemy Community Hub. There is lot of delay from Udemy in responding to " Test Video" unless Udemy team "Action-Fast" as a normal user how do I know whats gonnaON. Keep me waiting since last 10days is making me frustrated. I am certified VMware Technology Specialist as well Microsoft Windows. Working since 13yrs in IT industry till today, I am really happy to post my Technical videos (which include "Real time scenarios" on Udemy but keep me waiting for soo long is really frustrating.

    yes, the team has a backlog with incoming requests. This has been announced in this post. However, requests have doubled since February which is why the wait time has also increased. Please rest assured the team is working on getting to requests as quickly as possible, please don't worry once you are next you will be hearing from the team.
