My course is not completed

I received a message from udemy that

Unfortunately, as it appears that your course has not yet been completed, we are unable to verify your account at this time.

I have completed all steps. But why on Udemy that it is not completed?

    Please check on left side of your screen.

    Course landing page, curriculum and other parts.

    May be some things are missing.
