I'm stuck with uploading my profile picture and course picture

I keep getting the above error whenever I try to upload my profile picture. I have tried different picture sizes (square and landscape). I have tried different browsers; yet same error.

The same error when I try to put up a picture for my first course.

I can't proceed to payout settings without the profile picture. Hence, I can't publish the course...

    I tried it on mobile and it finally worked.

    I have already submitted the course for review.
