in First-time course creation

Hi,

We have just launched our first course on 23rd SEp,2020. We have first payout from November. But we see that a good portion of our earning is in withholding tax. We know that to reduce that we have fill up the tax form. We need help in filling it up.

Udemy Instructor Name - Iconic Educademy

Company Name - Iconic Techno Solution Pvt. Ltd.

Country - India.

We want to know the following points :

1) Is GIIN Applicable if yes where can we get it from.

2) Which one of these form will be applicable : W-8BEN-E or W-8ECI

We feel it is W-8BEN-E for us, please correct us if we are wrong.

3) And Finally what selections need to be made on : Treaty claim statement

Kindly guide us.
