Completed First Course, but First Visitor having streaming troubles

Just launched our first course and the first visitor says he can't get udemy.com to stream our course....but he CAN stream Netflix just fine. He has a relatively slow 128kbps Internet connection.....but again that works for Netflix.....why not udemy files?

Sometimes students have issues that can be environmental. Please let the student know they should reach out to support here so they can help them figure out what may be causing their streaming issue.
