in First-time course creation

hi, I am new instructor. I published my course and the captions of my lecture video is auto generating but my promotional video does not generating captions. How to add auto captions in my promotional video?

All lectures video and promotional video is 1920x1080 but only lecture video is 1920x1080, and my promotional video is 1280p. How to enable 1920x1080 in my promotional video too?

    Captions for promo videos must be uploaded. You can find this option in the captions tab on your course dashboard:
